- ABA Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return or exchange A Big Attitude
merchandise in its original, unused and unworn condition within 30 days of the
purchase date. Merchandise must be in new unworn condition with all tags attached.
Custom Orders and modified or altered items are not returnable. Please provide
a copy of your sales receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note: Liquidation, Blow out and Grab Bag sale items are final sales.
A Big Attitude assumes no liability for the loss of and/or damage to the merchandise
while in transit to our return location.
Refunds will be given in the same manner as original payment. When payment
was made in cash and the sale exceeds $200.00, a refund check will be issued
back to you within 15 working days. Credit card returns will be processed back
on the same bankcard.
Your credit card statement will show the charge for this purchase as A Big
Attitude sale. We are the sales processing agent and shipper of the ABA merchandise.
